Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Cancellations

Change and Cancellation requests are only allowed within 24 hours from the time that the order was placed. After 24 hours have elapsed, no order modifications are allowed.

Returns

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! We extend a 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on most of our store Items, however we do have a few of our manufactures that only allow us to offer a 7 Day Return Policy.  

7 Day Return Policy: 

Items that we must restrict to a 7 Day Return Policy will be clearly marked on product page. All new, unused items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date and must follow the procedures listed below.  Return Authorization. If 7 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Internal tracking via shipping carrier is used to determine delivery date.

30 Day Return Policy: 

If 7 Day Return Policy is NOT noted under the Delivery Time and Shipping Cost section of the product page the 30 Day Return Policy is in effect.  All new, unused items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date and must follow the procedures listed below. Return Authorization. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Internal tracking via shipping carrier is used to determine delivery date.

RETURN AUTHORIZATION

All items must be returned in new, unused condition with original box/packaging, including manufacturer tags, parts, and accessories. Please submit an RA request for approval before returning your item. All returns will be for a refund. Exchanges must be placed as a new order.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION

  • Return authorization requests(RA) must be sent via email only and clearly state the P.O. or Order # as well as the reason for a return request.
  • Photographs maybe requested for damaged merchandise.
  • Return authorizations are valid for 14 days from date of issuance and merchandise returned beyond this date maybe refused.
  • The RA# MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CARTON.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping for non-defective returns.
Merchandise sent back without a valid RA# will be refused. Returns due to improper use of the product will not be credited. Within 10-14 business days after receipt and upon final inspection of the return, applicable credits will be issued.

Returns due to Buyer’s remorse maybe subject up to a 15% restocking fee

Shipping Costs (if applicable) are not refunded.  

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Please refer to the individual product page for specifics about the item you are interested in.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please do the following:

  1. First check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected]

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Gifts (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, you must be issued a Return Authorization that will include address for the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
